Do I own the website and the domain?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and the content you supply stays yours. At handover you get a list of every account, who owns it and what it costs to renew.
What do I need to provide?
Your text, logo, photos and any menus or price lists. If you need writing or a logo, we add it to the quote so the package price stays clear.
How do payments work?
A 50% deposit when you accept the quote and we confirm your start date. The other 50% when you approve the finished site, before it goes live.
Are hosting and the domain included?
Hosting is included in Website Care at €79 a month. The domain is paid separately, in your name, usually €15–€40 a year depending on the ending (.ie, .com).
What is a revision round?
One list of all your changes, sent together. Every package includes two rounds. If you need more, we quote them before starting.
